How are you moving?


The basis of all human activity is movement.  When we move poorly we lose efficiency in physical activities such as sport and work and add stress to different parts of our body.  Over time this leads to reduced performance, pain, and injury.  Many of us spend time exercising in the gym to avoid all this, but never have our basic movement assessed.  By evaluating your movement we can assess where your weak links and trouble spots are and get you on a program that can save you time and effort and actually address your needs.  No two bodies are the same and their exercise programs should address this.
